You’re successful, driven, and accomplished...
then why don’t you feel like it?
Women can easily find themselves on a treadmill, checking off boxes and getting the adrenaline rush and accolades of success and accomplishment. But sometimes it all becomes too much. Your health or your relationships may begin to suffer. Burn-out or break-ups may be on the horizon. It’s time to slow down and focus on YOUR priorities, not everyone else’s.
My goal is to help successful, driven women realize their potential, in both their careers AND their personal lives.
Today’s woman has so many things on her plate.
It’s time to take some of them off and focus on you so you can operate from a place of thriving, not striving. Together we will work to identify your priorities and move your life in the direction of what you value.
Welcome!
I welcome all, including sexual orientation, relationship status, age, race, disability, ethnicity/national origin, gender identity and religious/spiritual affiliation.
You’ve come to the right place! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Krista, and I'll help you reconnect with what lights you up.
Therapy is sacred work—lit by wild hope and the quiet, radical act of daring to choose a life that’s fully, fiercely your own.
I love supporting women who are ready to live more authentically. Whether you’re trying to break old patterns, reconnect with your desires, or deepen your relationships, I’m here to walk that path with you. As a feminist therapist, I’m especially passionate about helping you reclaim your voice, worth, and inner wisdom—especially if you’ve been stuck in people-pleasing or living by someone else’s rules.
I bring creativity, warmth, and a playful spirit to the work.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a music teacher and actress. I’m originally from Arizona, lived in New York for nearly a decade, and now call Los Angeles home (with frequent trips to the beach!). For fun, I love to dance, journal, meditate, read, travel, watch foreign films, and hang out with friends. I believe that reconnecting with what brings you joy is part of the healing process—and that therapy can help you do just that.
